In the process of creating my own home-grown Content Management System (CMS), I ran into the world's smallest template engine for PHP (as far as I know). It consists of a single line of code, and it's a lot shorter than you might expect.

Once known as the PostNuke Content Management System, the long-awaited release of Zikula 1.0 Web Application Framework is finally here.
